As required by law, the building is a non-smoking facility. Consequently, all public areas shall be designated as non-smoking, including interior and exterior suite balconies, the garage, elevator lobbies, stairwells, all restrooms, the loading dock and all atrium common areas and retail spaces. In other outdoor areas, smoking is permitted outside of a twenty-five (25) feet perimeter of the property in order to prevent or minimize exposure of building occupants, indoor surfaces, and systems to environmental tobacco smoke. There is a designated smoking area located on the patio and landscaped area at the corner of Military Road and 42nd Street.
